how does and how do you get the pop up menu to work

The pop up menu is basically an alternative method of displaying the menu buttons.  Rather than having them (or all of them) on the main screen you can choose to get rid of them and only display them when the menu button is pressed.

How to do?  You basically need a skin that supports this, or modify an existing skin to do this.  I don't think any of the current skins on release support this yet.

There is a version of BnB that supports it. The pop up menu is V5 only though so that skin will not work with V4.
