Karaoke using second screen

I'm struggling to get the Karaoke screen running successfully in the second screen. Read some threads, mucked around a lot etc. Can anyone give me a run-down of the settings they used and if they had any problems doing it. I got my laptop screen setup as screen 1, lcd as screen 2, the windows 7 setup of the two screens is working fine, but the best I get is the karaoke in a small box on screen 1 or half off the screen. I've done the restart win after connecting lcd, the two options to show now playing and added to queue are blank, use second monitor for all, second screen set to 2 (lcd). please provide any info that may help.

On mine I had to set it to screen 3 in etouch.

When on occasion it didn't fit the second screen properly I un-ticked and then ticked full screen in etouch settings which sorted it.

Make sure the screens are side by side in the windows display properties with the second screen being directly to the right of the first so the top corners line up even if they are not physically like this.
