When ive been reading through various posts ive noticed that the freebox.ini file gets mentioned alot regarding changes and problems, ive also noticed that quite a few people like me have great difficulties making this file visible, Ive just tried coffee's idea of Press "start" and select "Run", type in "CMD" and "enter".
In the window that opens up type the following:
Type:>    c:\program files\e-touch jukebox 7         (Press Enter.)
Type:>    attrib freebox.ini -s -h                          (Press Enter.)

but all i get back is either 'c:\program' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file, OR file not found - freebox.ini.

I think life would be a lot easier if that damn file was unhidden

c:\program files\e-touch jukebox 7

CD c:\program files\e-touch jukebox 7

You need to type CD before it which is change directory.

Still unhiding that file will not achieve anything, E-Touch will hide it again when you next save the settings. I have not seen anyone else havine a problem making it visible, there is no benefit to changing that file manually unless you have corrupted it.

I dont need the freebox.ini file unhidden anymore, i simply downgraded to V6 and redone my skin, i got as far as i could with the V6 skin tool and because theres a bug i downgraded again to V5 to finish off my skin then upgraded back to V7 and everything is good, i got a couple of buttons to deal with and my skin will be ready for release ;D ;D ;D
