hello,

just installed the software but i can't get past stage one ?

it says i have no databases created, so i point it to my folder where my music is (mp3 files) and it then says no media files found. i then get a "run time error 380" invalid property value.

am using windows 7 and the software version is the newest one.

any hep would be nice, thanks

Ah windows 7....

Ok you need to install it into a folder that isn't in the program files directory. If you install it to root like C:\E-Touch\ that would be fine. You then want to launch the config as administrator and it will then seach your files and build you libraries.

The error is all to do with windows 7 file access permissions.
